We collect this information in a number of ways, including when you provide it as part of signing up to our services, interact with our Customer Service or other employees, or participate in surveys or marketing promotions;

In order to fulfil our contract with you we have a lawful basis for processing your data which covers both contractual need in order to provide you with an identifiable invoice, legitimate interest in the case of notifying you about the services we offer as well as any legal obligation we may have.

If you are a customer, in accordance with our accountancy requirements, we will retain some of your personal record data for a minimum period of seven years. This will be kept to a minimum and will not be used for any other purpose. We will not act upon any request you give us to destroy records relating to your account unless all our regulatory obligations have been discharged.

We may keep communication details for the purpose of updating you with services we provide. However, in line with GDPR you have the right to opt out of these communications at any time.

Please be aware that your information may be stored on a cloud-based system whose services are located within the European Union.

While doing business with us you may either directly or inadvertently provide us with information about your health conditions, religious beliefs or sexual orientation.
